Now is the only time you can act. The past is gone; the future never arrives. Only now is real.
The present moment contains everything. Eternity is not endless time but timelessness—the eternal now.
Suffering often comes from dwelling in past or future. Return to now and much suffering dissolves.
The now is always fresh. Each moment is unprecedented, unrepeated. Boredom is failure to see this.
Plans concern the future; memories concern the past. But the planning and remembering happen now.
Enlightenment is not achievement but recognition—seeing what is already here, in this moment, always.
The now is the doorway to everything. Through present attention, all depths become accessible.
Practice returning to now. Whenever you notice you have wandered, gently come back. This is the practice.
You are always here, always now. There is nowhere else to be. Realize this and be at peace.
